Homemade dishes from the village farms and apiary, served in the solid-wood dining room or on the terrace overlooking the garden.
Our kitchen starts from Bucovina recipes and from what the surrounding farms bring us each morning: burduf cheese, sour cream, free-range eggs, honey from the village apiary and vegetables from our own garden. We cook simply and cleanly, never rushing the flavour.
The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, and at lunch and dinner we welcome you with a menu of homemade dishes, cauldron-cooked soups, mountain trout, sarmale and papanași made on the spot.
