The taste of Bucovina, from our neighbours' ingredients
Our kitchen starts from Bucovina recipes and from what the surrounding farms bring us each morning: burduf cheese, sour cream, free-range eggs, honey from the village apiary and vegetables from our own garden. We cook simply and cleanly, never rushing the flavour.
The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, and at lunch and dinner we welcome you with a menu of homemade dishes, cauldron-cooked soups, mountain trout, sarmale and papanași made on the spot.

The covered terrace looks out over the 2.5-hectare garden and the conifer forest. In summer we serve dinner outdoors, and for groups and events we prepare dedicated menus.
